DESCRIPTION:You are invited! Join Neosho Area Habitat for Humanity for a special open house celebration of the "classroom house."\n\n\n\nSunday\, October 19\, 2025 at 2:00pm\n\n1606 N. Hickory in Neosho\n\n\n\nRefreshments will be served.\n\nInvocation by NAHFH Secretary Rev. Mitch Jarvis\n\nRemarks by NAHFH President John Stryon and Construction Chairman Kent Farnsworth\n\nThe Classroom House is accessible via stairs only and practical footwear is advised.\n\n\n\nNeosho Area Habitat for Humanity and Crowder College's Building Trades program have partnered to provide area high school students with practical construction experience. Over the course of the previous academic year\, students constructed the Classroom House under the guidance of Scott Cianci\, Construction Instructor. Although the building is designed to resemble a home\, it will be used as a classroom while the students work and learn to build future Habitat for Humanity homes in Neosho.  A local family will eventually call the Classroom House home.\n\n
